Terms, Conditions & Agreement
Americas Listening Broadcast Guest and or Location Release Form
America's Listening (hereinafter referred to as Americas Listening) is a national broadcast dedicated to sharing the voices of everyday Americans. Through authentic conversations, the program gives people (hereinafter referred to as “GUEST” from all walks of life a platform to share their experiences, speak their truth, and connect with a country that's ready to listen.
Grant of Rights For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged:

I grant America’s Listening the absolute right and permission to record my voice, conversation, biographical information, image, and likeness. This includes the right to edit, splice, or copy the final recording.

Intellectual Property & Ownership I acknowledge that America’s Listening is the sole owner of all intellectual property, copyrights, and commercial rights to the Americas Listening Broadcast episodes, transcripts, and video recordings. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or promotional content before publishing.

Distribution & Distribution Formats I agree that America’s Listening may archive, catalog, and stream this content publicly on its website, streaming networks, or promotional social media channels. This right is granted permanently (perpetually) and worldwide.

Compensation & Claims I understand that I am a voluntary participant and will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or residuals. I release America’s Listening from any liability or claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or right to privacy.

Americas Listening Broadcast reserves the right to air, broadcast or transmit any content provided by the GUEST at its sole discretion.
HOLD HARMLESS
The GUEST hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Americas Listening Broadcast from any and all liability, loss or damages the GUESTS property (or persons) may suffer as the result of any action performed whatsoever by Americas Listening Broadcasts employees, associates, guests on any associated individuals or entities; and
The GUEST further agrees that it will waive any and all claims against Americas Listening Broadcast, its agents, officials, or employees that arise out of any damage to, or undermining of, the bulkhead while located on the GUESTS property; and
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, grantees, successors and assigns of the parties hereto and shall constitute a binding hold harmless agreement that shall last in perpetuity related to any work performed
By submitting this form and information, GUEST hereby agrees to all of the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement.
